Can't Wait. The wait becomes fun in itself

A countdown app that gives you a small moment each day and keeps surprises secret, for anyone waiting for something.

You are looking forward to something wonderful, but until that day all you have is a date. A bare countdown clock does not make the wait any nicer.

Phone screen Today with the demo countdown Summer festival: a large number 38 with days to go below it, on a warm yellow to peach background with confetti, and below that the moment of today, a warm-up playlist.

Before and after

Before

Before

  • “I count down, but nothing else happens.”
  • “Getting ready for the day itself feels like homework.”
  • “I plan a surprise and just hope nobody peeks early.”
After

Now

  • Every day a small moment is waiting for you.
  • Your plan is a short list to arrange, plus a list of things to look forward to.
  • A surprise stays secret until its moment, even if someone changes the clock on their phone.

03The plan, with demo data: a short list to arrange and a list of things to look forward to. Preparing feels light.

How it works

  1. You start a countdown

You say what you are looking forward to and when it is. You do not need an account. Open the app in Safari and add it to your home screen.

  2. The app fills the wait

A small moment arrives each day: a question, a memory or a little plan. Together they make a journey to the big day. A message on your phone tells you something new has arrived.

  3. You invite someone

You share your countdown with a link. What you set up for the other person stays hidden until its moment.

What this proves

How you make customers wait is part of your work too.

A builder knows his customer waits months for a renovation, and a kitchen fitter knows his customer can go weeks without news. Can't Wait shows how to fill that time with a small moment each day instead of silence. We built the first version in four days and are testing it in a private beta.

Next case

Do your customers also wait weeks without hearing anything?

For an order, a renovation, a new kitchen. Tell us what your customers look forward to, and we will look at whether that time can become a lovely time.
