Who we are

Imagine Studio is responsible for what happens to your data through this website.

Which data we collect

• Through the contact form: your name, email address and message, and if you fill them in, your phone number and company name.
• What you indicated on the site, such as your starting point, what you recognised, your sector, an idea or a calculation. We only send it along when you submit the form.
• Through the full intake: your answers and the files you upload yourself.
• When you email, call or send a WhatsApp message: what you tell us in it.
• Technical data every website receives, such as your IP address and browser. Our hosting provider uses it to keep the site secure and available.

What we use it for

• To reply to your request and plan a call.
• To prepare a proposal or Blueprint and, if you become a client, to carry out and invoice the work.
• To meet legal obligations, such as keeping our accounts.

We do this because you ask us to get in touch, to carry out an agreement, or because the law requires it.

We don't send you advertising you didn't ask for, we don't sell your data and we don't use it to train AI.

Cookies and what your browser remembers

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies and keeps no visitor statistics.

• What you tap or fill in on the homepage is remembered by your browser while your tab is open, so it is ready in the contact form. It only leaves your computer when you submit the form. Close the tab and it is gone.
• If you choose a light or dark view, your browser remembers that choice.

Who we share data with

Only with the parties we need to run this site and our work:

• Vercel, to host the website.
• Resend, to deliver messages from the contact form.
• Google Workspace, for our email.
• Supabase, to store the full intake.
• WhatsApp, if you send us a message there.

Some of these parties are based in the United States. We only work with parties that offer appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

• A request that does not lead to an assignment is kept for up to a year after our last contact.
• If you become a client, we keep what our accounts need for seven years. The law requires it.
• Technical data at our hosting provider is deleted automatically after a short time.

Your rights

You may view, correct or delete your data. You can also object to its use, ask us to limit it, or ask for a copy you can use elsewhere. Email koen@imagine-studio.co for any of this. You will get an answer within a month.

Not happy with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Data of your customers

If we build something that holds data of your customers or staff, we agree on it beforehand in a data processing agreement.

When something changes

If we change how we handle data, we update this statement. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
